Welcome to Easy Dimes, operated at easydimes.com ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Easy Dimes is a basketball analytics and information platform that provides NBA prop analysis, game previews, player trends, and daily briefings. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. Not Financial or Betting Advice

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Court Vision Pro is available for $9.99/month or $79.99/year.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial months.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Free Tier Limitations

Free accounts have access to a limited number of daily API requests and features. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, copy, or redistribute Easy Dimes content or data without permission
Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on Easy Dimes is owned by or licensed to us. NBA team names, logos, and statistics are the property of the NBA and respective teams. Easy Dimes is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Dimes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial losses from sports betting decisions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
