Easy Dimes ("we", "us", or "our") operates easydimes.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what's necessary to provide the service:

Email address — collected when you sign in via magic link. Used solely for authentication and optional digest emails.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session duration, collected anonymously to improve the product.
Payment information — if you subscribe to Court Vision Pro, billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Preferences — favorite team, notification settings, and onboarding choices you set within the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you and maintain your account session
To deliver Pro features if you have an active subscription
To send sign-in links and, if you opt in, daily NBA briefing emails
To improve the accuracy and relevance of our picks and analysis
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database hosted by Supabase on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are single-use and expire after 15 minutes.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted services to operate Easy Dimes:

Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
Resend — transactional email delivery (Resend Privacy Policy)
Supabase — database hosting (Supabase Privacy Policy)

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to store your authentication token and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

7. Your Rights

Access — you can view your account data at any time within the app.
Deletion — email us at support@easydimes.com to request full deletion of your account and data. We will process requests within 30 days.
Opt-out — you can disable email digests at any time in your account preferences.

8. Children's Privacy

Easy Dimes is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
